FAQs

What makes a military installment loan a responsible choice?
The interest and APR are lower, unlike a military payday loan or military payday advance. Plus, you know when you'll have the debt paid.

Why should I get a debt management loan?
When you get a military consolidation loan, you often wind up paying less each month than you would paying multiple bills. Also, you know when a debt consolidation loan will be paid off, where with credit cards it could take you decades!

But can I get the money fast?
Yes! You can often get your military loan within hours, not days. And by getting a military installment loan you can save hundreds—even thousands—of dollars in the long run over other forms of borrowing.

My loan status says "Currently in Review". What does that mean?
When your loan is in "Currently in review" status it means that we have not yet reviewed your application. We will normally respond to your completed application within 24 business hours after receiving the supporting documentation. Response time may fluctuate, however, depending on the volume of applications we receive and seasonal demand.

What loan amount do I qualify for?
Loan amounts are based upon amount requested, your credit history, military rank, years in service, ETS and debt-to-income ratio. We are unable to pre-qualify you by phone; you must apply online so we can look at your entire credit profile. If we are unable to accommodate that amount, but can offer you a loan for a lesser amount, we will communicate that offer to you.
